drill down is not working

    the error is “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. My network administrator say the link may be just work for your internal internet. Would you please double check for me?

    Hello Albert,

    Generally, we upload big files on our FTP server and send the link to our customers. I tried this FTP link on external network as well and the file started downloading instantly. I would suggest you to try on any other browser like Chrome or try using FileZilla.

    “Access is denied” when I click “Support” folder from FileZilla. details like below:

    Hello Albert,

    I tried the same with my personal email ID and received a mail that a file has been shared. Didn’t you recieve any mail on your email id i.e. lgxdo100@yahoo.com from Microsoft Online Services regarding the file ?

    Also, can you try to open the following link in Chrome and let me know if it works for you ?
    ftp://ftp.componentone.com/SupportFTP/Public/Ashish/ActiveAnalysis_982.zip

    I have not received any email from Microsoft Online Services regarding the file you shared with me.

    and I cannot open the the link in chrome.

    I can send login info to you if you want to try login my personal Microsoft Account to check.

    and it is possible call me or “go to meeting”, I think this is easy way to figure out the problem.

    Hello Albert,

    Thank you for sharing the FTP credetials with us.
    However, I have lately received an update from the QA team that the build in discussion has some critical issues and cannot be provided to any of our customer.

    I deeply regret that the respective build cannot be provided to you as it might result in some other issues at your end.

    This issue needs a complex fix and unfortunately, it would take some more time. I would keep you posted as I recieve any further update from the development team.

    Hello Albert,

    As mentioned earlier, the fix is not a simple one and would require major changes. The developers did try to incorporate the fix but that resulted in some critical issues which may hamper other existing users.

    Hence, I regret to mention but I do not have any ETA as of now. ​
